I'm Kerry Yanasak and have been a home owner for 25 years.  I have been in the mortgage business for 17 years, the past 15 as a self employed broker.    As a real estate investor I will give you suggestions on ways to acquire property you or your agent might not have thought of.  I have acquired several rental properties, have bought and sold properties, and have been a landlord for 14 years - no regrets.  If it's advice or guidance you want, I'll glady share with you what I have learned.  I will also steer you away from loan products I don't think are good for you to meet your goals.  About me personally:  I was born and raised in Orting and have lived in my first home for 25 years, same wife and am holding at three kids.  My wife and I are involved in PTA, piano lessons, had exchange students and I am the past president of the Puyallup Kiwanis Club.  Our family likes to travel and we really get into skiing during the winter and try to make one big ski trip a year.  We have found this a great family activity and ski resorts are always in beautiful mountain resorts.
